We offer a variety of cost-effective shipping options so you can enjoy our loose tea or tea brewing accessories no matter where you live.

Shipping Methods

Most tea orders are shipped via Ground services (FedEx or UPS) or USPS Priority Mail. For expedited delivery, please call our office at 813-856-470, and we will be glad to make the arrangements. Please note that additional shipping charges will be applied.

Transit Time

Tea orders are shipped from our facility in Florida within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Upon confirmation, you can expect to receive your shipment in approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on your destination.

Order Tracking

Please provide us with an email address when you place an order. Once the order is confirmed, we will then email you a notification with the carrier and tracking number information.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

For FedEx ground service, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide us with a physical street address when placing your order if using ground services. Otherwise, we will ship using USPS Priority Mail.

Coverage

The chart below summarizes our rates for standard shipping (express not included) within the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). For shipments outside the continental U.S., we will use other services. Please contact us for details.

Free Shipping

To qualify for free shipping, tea orders must be $50 or more and shipped within the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). Applies to only Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
