Where do you get your teas?
Teajo teas are shipped to our facilities in the U.S. from a grower in India. For our flavored teas, the raw tea leaves are then blended with natural ingredients in a local warehouse. All packaging is done locally as well.
Is your tea organic?
All Teajo tea products meet strict global residue standards and are organically grown without the use of harmful chemicals or pesticides.
Do you use any artificial flavorings or preservatives in your teas?
All of Teajo’s flavored teas are blended with either organic and/or natural ingredients and flavors. No artificial preservatives, flavorings or colorings are used.
What makes your teas taste so fresh?
Teajo teas are fresher than most teas in the market because we deal directly with a grower, Relative to the industry, our teas spend very little time in any type of warehouse storage. Teajo also uses only natural and/or organic garnishes and ingredients, which give the tea its great quality and taste.
What is the shelf life of your teas?
Stored properly in an airtight container or bag away from sunlight, Teajo teas can last as long as 1 year from the time of purchase. However, because we do not use artificial preservatives in our teas, we recommend that you purchase in smaller quantities to avoid prolonged storage and any potential loss in freshness over time.
Do you sell teas other than those grown in India?
With the exception of Rooibos, all our teas originate from India. However, we are always evaluating tea products from other parts of the globe to add to our product line, including China and Japan.
Do you offer tea bags?
Currently, we offer only loose tea because of the better quality and flavor. With either a Smart Tea Maker or Tea Filter, you can have a great tasting cup of tea in the same amount of time it takes to steep a tea bag but with better results.

Where else can I buy your teas? Do you have a store?
Teajo does not have a physical store front at this time, but we do participate in local events from time to time where you could purchase our teas. In addition, we are currently working with natural and organic food stores to carry our teas. Please visit our Where to Buy page to keep informed of our participation in local events and the availability of our teas in restaurants and retail stores.
I see that you are a Florida based company. Can you ship anywhere in the U.S.?
Teajo is based in Tampa, FL. However, we do ship throughout the U.S. and in some cases to other parts of the globe.
What if I am not satisfied with the teas I ordered?
If you are not satisfied with the quality or flavor your tea, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange, provided you notify us in writing (email or letter) within 30 days from the time of purchase. Please understand that the cost of shipping is not included in your refund/exchange.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Only Florida residents are subject to Sales Tax at this time. If you do not live in Florida, you will not have to pay Sales Tax on your order.
